Hey babe, it’s Lynn! Thank you so much for supporting my small business; it truly means the world to me to be able to create unique pieces for you and explore my passions of experimenting with jewellery-making. Unfortunately as a small business (a one-woman show thus far), ButBabe does not accept returns. While we do not accept returns, we do offer after-sale services with every purchase. Once again, thank you so much for supporting ButBabe! I hope you like each piece as much as I love making them!

- We do not accept returns or exchanges after the purchase has been made. Each piece is carefully handcrafted and unique. No two pieces are identical and each is one of a kind. We encourage customers to thoroughly inspect all products before making a purchase.Â

- In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work to address the issue promptly.
